ASE Safety Loader System

The Safety Loader is a fundamental part of the emission control system. Through the use of this loader the operator is kept safe from hot splashes while loading kettle. When used with the emission control system activated the Safety Loader remains virtually clean of all smoke.

This is accomplished by the air vent on the rear of the Safety Loader, the Emission Control Stack has enough air to suck clean air into the kettle vs. allowing contaminated air to escape.
   
Through the use of a scissor system the amount of movement required to roll the bar is reduced. This also means that the operator lifts the control bar less, increasing the loading speed. The roller of this safety loader rolls forward, dumping the asphalt load towards the centre of the kettle, where it is melted fastest and does not allow the asphalt to build up at the side of the kettle like forward rolling units.
